Real stress

We most often don’t get stressed about how much work we have. We get stressed when we don’t have work to do. Keeping myself engaged in different things is a real need for me. Manier times, I tried to take a break but I can’t survive any vacation which is lasting more than 2 days. I need some or the other work on my plate which I am passionately willing to do. I can’t spend my energy on things other than my work during my work hours, I get frustrated. I got trained in that way. I know it's wrong. But as a defence, I do different types of work which is not just related to my profession. I would like to try new things, learn new things. If anything is hindering me from doing that, I get really stressed up. If anything needs attention which is so much pivoted from my daily routine, I get stressed.

I complain to myself for living such a linear way of living life because life design includes so many other dynamics which I am missing to see. Being emotionless is the baddest one can ever do. Trying to take a tangent, it's a quantum leap for me too. We know ourselves better than any other people do. Any new changes can be brought inside only by us and not by anyone else. Again, without taking stress. If change is giving you stress, then it's not a real change for you. Experimentation gives you tough muscles, but not stress. Live the real life!
