Silence is not the key
Mar 3, 2025
I’ve heard in many places that silence is the key to silence, work hard surrounding no-one. All these alpha men theories sound very good to hear in public but resulting in vain when trying to implement. I am a person with ENFP personality. I feel like feeding my inner solitude with peace when being in silence but the consequences are really annoying when your closed ones complain that you’re not well today. That’s the time I’ve understood the definition of silence is not about the state of being instead, its more deeply engraved in the way we take the pace of our day-to-day activities. I still stay in the state of silence while constantly yapping or being with people. Its all in the hands of how we use our brain to make certain things happen, to take certain decisions for the benefit of people out there around. Sometimes for me, it emerges out of being selfless when being around people. When there is no expectations for myself, I can hear my silence better. Its actually reducing the cognitive load of brain and making it not to think much about the scenario and ironically, it helps to be more aware of it. From this, I wondered, what’s the right state of mind. Ofcourse, our brain enjoys the chaos which comes from different people. Jotting it down at the right place, at the right time to the right people is the key ingredient. It's all a mind game.
