Trust is a factor

In our day to day environment, we meet different people. We trade off information, services, products and so on. Significance of people is more important than the ideas we create. As researchers we build rapport with the users, as designers we network amongst the people in our community, As a civilian, I connect with people to give/take and complete the ecosystem.

Everything starts from 0, and not from 1. Going from 0 to 1 is hard, but going from 0 to 0.1 is quite easy. When we take smaller steps, we understand the context better, you’ll be able to understand their needs consciously and act subconsciously over the period of time you take to travel to reach 1. You build the trust value which is a most important soft skill needed for any human’s life portfolio. The more nomadic you are, the more exposure you get. the more exposure you get, the more perspectives you have. Perspectives bring dynamic thinking, dynamic thinking brings better problem solving, better problem solving pushes you from average, getting pushed from average takes you to better altitude. For all this, attitude matters the most. My mama always say “Attitude decides altitude” 

I always create my design system in such a way that it's not just hooking users while onboarding, but also it adds tangible value to people’s lives.
