Women's day special

Today is women’s day and I took ladies of the club, ashwadhi and two of my close friends for a road trip to mahableshwar. I always like to see the excitement on their face, the way they enjoy such a trip which matters the most to me. We most often never get to eat home cooked food as we all are living far from home. So, we brought groceries from the market and I made a delicious(my friends claimed it too) Dosa Chicken Curry. I am so involved in the process of how food is being cooked and I love the messiness I create. I am not sure if I can cook for my daily survival but definitely I can cook and experiment with different cuisines.
There are a lot of design elements involved in the process of cooking. People say it's science, but it's also blended with so many human factors as well. I recalled very many dinings I had with my friends and ashwadhi because whatever I'm gonna make is going to get consumed by them. So I was making sure that the food made by them is very edible. Art of personalisation again played a role here. I had different stories in my head for different factors like spiciness, overcooked chicken, quantity and so on. Now I can understand why mom’s food is always the best. They enjoyed the food too. Very fun night. Grateful for all the new pivots I am willing to make. Cooking is one addition to that now.
