Between Life and Work
Nov 14, 2025
Back then, when I was given homeworks, we creb about the ultra load given. It was all about executing tasks. When Sridhar Vembu said “Real luxury is the freedom to think”, I agree with it today. Multi-tasking pulls me away, calls distract me. Doom scrolling is far away. Work and execution are solitude, giving a zone for it helps anyone to craft beauty.
The day was all about recognition. I’m scared of social media. I feel bad when someone feels insecure about my win/happiness. Humans function with trade-offs. The other one who consumes anything has to get benefitted from the value I’m providing. If not, I’m building an eco-system which is filling voids and not humans. I’ve seen the networking effect more evidently in my hometown. In fact, the real ones. That’s an example of LinkedIn before getting digital twinned.
It's also fun to look at things before thinking about benefits because benefits are impacts, not outcomes. Chasing what matters. I was asking my senior friend about the saturation phase and he was partially meaning about the fact of getting happiness from work where measurable impacts aren’t shown off anymore. Live to work ( a form of act/function) and work to live ( a form of revival). Whatever said so far by anyone and everyone are reflections which came from their lives and work. Let’s live and work.
